Project Manager

Role Overview

This is not a scheduling role. This is a Project Manager who translates customer requirements into executable plans and delivers them as results.

Physical AI is at the market-formation stage. WoRV is deploying autonomous driving and robotics technology to real industrial sites and helping define the standards of that market. The Project Manager sits at the center of a process that goes beyond executing individual projects — discovering patterns across multiple customer projects and connecting them into a product roadmap.

WoRV simultaneously runs projects with large enterprise partners across agriculture, construction, ports, and defense. The Project Manager structures the shared requirements across these projects, allocates resources (AI / Control / Simulation / Data teams) optimally, and designs the process so that individual project outcomes accumulate into broader product capability for the team.

Responsibilities

1. Business Opportunity → Execution Plan Conversion

• Analyze customer VOC and RFPs, define problems, and restructure them into KPIs and priorities.
• Define requirements and risks for each stage: PoC / Pilot / Production.
• Plan and write proposals for government grants and consortium bids.

2. Project Execution and Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end schedule, resource, and risk management for each project.
• Establish and coordinate execution plans with internal stakeholders (AI / Control / Simulation / Data).
• Manage communication and expectations with external stakeholders (customers, government agencies, partners).
• Support optimal decision-making by trading off field issues, constraints, costs, and schedules.

3. Technology–Business Connection (Long-term)

• Translate customer requirements into technical language to derive optimal specifications.
• Structure recurring project requirements and reflect them in the product roadmap.
• Identify areas for improvement in performance, cost, and operations during execution, and run continuous improvement programs.
• Find technology and personnel synergies across multiple projects and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and convert them into execution plans
• Ability to understand and bridge both technical and business language
• End-to-end B2B technology project execution experience
• Experience directly establishing and operating WBS, milestone, and resource management frameworks
• Ability to communicate independently with internal and external stakeholders including customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep-tech B2B project experience in AI / Robotics / Autonomous Driving / Manufacturing
• Experience with government grants, consortium / proposal wins, or international partner collaboration
• Experience with PoC / field deployment, safety/compliance, or product operations
• Experience with technology-based commercialization and business model design
• Startup / new business / business development experience
• English communication skills
